Four counties, eight markets, one contractor
GIL Renovation Services builds across Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau counties. Jacksonville is our largest market and the one we are on site in most weeks of the year. Orange Park, in Clay County, is where we are based, which keeps the rest of Northeast Florida inside a comfortable drive.
Every project runs the same way whichever of these you are in. We hold Florida licence CBC1269967 as a Certified Building Contractor, we pull and manage the permits, our licensed plumbing and electrical subcontractors pull their trade permits under our master permit, and every job carries a one-year workmanship warranty.
We have been building here since 2017 and complete 30 to 40 residential and commercial projects a year.
Why this list is not longer
A service-area list is only useful to you if it is true. Ours covers the places we genuinely reach, staff, and stand behind — not every city within a two-hour radius. We would rather name eight markets we work in constantly than a county we visit twice a year and cannot schedule properly.
If you are just outside the list, call and ask. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right company for the job rather than quoting on something we cannot service the way we would want to.

One team across all four counties
We are not a franchise with a different crew in every city. The same company, under the same licence, builds every project on this list — and the same person manages you through it.
Our business partner runs the job sites so Cesar Perdomo can manage customers exclusively. That is why the phone gets answered mid-project, whichever county your job is in.
What we build, everywhere we build
Nine services, led by home additions, new construction, and ADUs. Whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, and decks make up the rest.
We do not offer roofing or handyman services. We are set up for substantial projects, and we would rather point you somewhere better suited than take on work we are not the right fit for.

Florida Certified Building Contractor CBC1269967, active through August 2028, with $1,000,000 general liability and a $2,000,000 aggregate.

We pull and manage every permit. Our licensed plumbing and electrical subcontractors pull their trade permits under our master permit.

Every project carries a one-year workmanship warranty across the whole job — not just selected trades.
